The District is unlike any other venue in the Orlando area. The District offers urban cement floors and open warehouse ceilings, that can be paired with stylish and chic décor to create an elegant yet comfortable ambience. This venue is equipped with an enchanting turnkey ceremony area and a dedicated lofty reception space for dinner, dancing and entertainment. We are so unique that we host tons of events because we come as a blank canvas so that we can match your imagination.

With over 3,014 square feet of event space, this luxurious urban venue includes two dedicated rooms. The Grey Room is just over 1,450 square feet, perfect for food set up area, cocktail hour, and wedding ceremonies.

The District by day can be used for meetings, Baby Showers, and Kids Birthday Parties. By night it transforms into a magical and romantic hideaway, perfect for weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries, corporate and special events.

Nestled in the heart of I-4 Commerce Center, this 6,000 sqft. warehouse studio is the hot spot for Ceremonies & Receptions. With ceilings over 20 feet high, smoked black blocked walls, warehouse flooring, the space offers contemporary design infused with eclectic romantic charm when its showtime. The District has been selected numerous of times by Mayors, Orange County Sheriff Department, Home Depot, Professional Athletes, just to name a few as a place to host a celebration.

 

The District center is a fabulous venue that’s sure to leave a lasting impression on your guests. This warehouse studio is an ideal venue for an intimate wedding reception dinner with banquet chairs or Chivari chairs, ceiling draping, linens for tables, etc. We have tons of vendors to choose from so that we may accommodate you and your dream wedding.

 

With a 100 people or less, we will be able to accommodate the ceremony and reception. With a guest count over a 100 people, we will only be able to accommodate the Reception. An elevated stage at one end of the space accommodates for ceremony and DJ if needed. With the help of our team, we will escort you into a moment to remember here at the District.
